Better Off Ted תוכנית קומדיה סאטירית המשודרת ברשת ABC, המתמקדת בטד (ג’יי הארינגטון, “זיווגים US”), ראש מחקר ופיתוח בחברה Veridian Dynamics, הבוסית חסרת הרגשות שלו, ורוניקה (פורשיה דה-רוסי, “אלי מקביל”), צמד המדענים, פיל ולם (מלקום בארט, “,קלסי גרמר מציג: תכנית המערכונים”, ו-ג’ונת’ן סלאבין, “סאמרלנד”), העובדת הבלונדינית הרגשנית, לינדה (אנדריאה אנדרס, “ג’ואי”) ובתו בת ה-7 של טד, רוז (איזבלה אייקרס, “הורטון שומע מישהו”).
רוב ההתרחשויות של הסדרה הן באווירת משרד, אבל בנוסף לכך הסדרה מציגה בין הסצינות במשרד פרסומות פיקטיביות משעשעות מאוד בנושא של כל פרק.
הסדרה אמנם מכילה אמירות סאטיריות כלפי הקפטליזם וההתנהלות של החברות הגדולות כיום, אך זה לא מונע ממנה להיות אחת מהקומדיות השנונות והמצחיקות ביותר שנראו על המסך.
